Quiet the noise.
Live with purpose.
Step into freedom.
Not long ago, I found myself standing in the thick of midlife—navigating big changes in my body, my family, and my sense of direction. Our kids were growing up and moving out, my energy felt unpredictable, and I was carrying the invisible weight of caregiving, responsibility, and the question: What’s next for me?
I realized what I needed wasn’t just another plan. I needed space. I needed clarity. I needed permission to pause, listen in, and find a path that actually felt like mine.
That’s where Live a Little Free was born.
I’m Christi Robinson, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. My coaching is rooted in real life—because I’m living it too. I understand the fatigue, the stubborn weight, the hormone shifts, the mental load, and the quiet longing for something more.
Through my 1:1 coaching sessions and small group circles, I help midlife women like you reconnect with who you truly are—beyond the noise, roles, or expectations. Together, we clear the clutter (physically, emotionally, mentally) and create doable rhythms that support your body, mind, and spirit all in a way that aligns with your values, lifestyle, and the resources you have right now.
Each of us is our own best expert on what we need to thrive, and I’m here to provide guidance, encouragement, and accountability. When we meet, you’ll find a safe, confidential space where you can let down your guard and focus fully on your well-being.
I believe in whole-person wellness, seasonal living, and deeply personalized support. My programs often include:
Clarity Coaching for those big life pivots or moments when you feel stuck
The Jumpstart a 90-minute session to clear the clutter and map a simple path forward
Small group coaching circles focused on nourishment, foundations of health, and midlife connection
Reset and transition programs with meal plans, seasonal rhythms, and space to explore what works for you
Food is part of it, too. I share practical meal ideas rooted in anti-inflammatory, whole food eating styles (like Paleo, Keto, Mediterranean-inspired)—always simple, seasonal, and full of flavor.
Here in Ohio, I live a beautifully full life with my husband on our small farm where we raise grass-fed beef, grow food, and make space for family, always. I’m close with my grown kids and love being a grandma. There’s usually someone stopping by, a meal being shared, or a moment to savor. I spend my days coaching from the heart and am currently planning our daughter’s wedding under the wildflowers. It’s not always quiet, but I’ve learned how to make space for peace.
If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels and start living a life that feels aligned, nourished, and free—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
