Quiet the noise.

Live with purpose.

Step into freedom.

Not long ago, I found myself standing in the thick of midlife navigating big changes in my body, my family, and my sense of direction. Our kids were growing up and moving out, my energy felt unpredictable, and I was carrying the invisible weight of uncertainty, grief, caregiving, responsibility, and the question: What’s next for me?

I realized what I needed wasn’t just another plan. I needed space. I needed clarity. I needed permission to pause, listen in, and find a path that actually felt like mine.

That’s where Live a Little Free was born.

I’m Christi Robinson, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Menopause Transition Coach. My coaching is rooted in real life, I’m living it too. I understand the fatigue, the stubborn weight, the hormone shifts, the mental load, and the quiet longing for something more.

Through my 1:1 coaching sessions and small groups, I guide midlife women like you in reconnecting with who you truly are—beyond the noise, roles, or expectations. Together, we clear the clutter (physically, emotionally, mentally) and create doable rhythms that support your body, mind, and spirit all in a way that aligns with your values, lifestyle, and the resources you have right now.

Each of us is our own best expert on what we need to thrive, and I’m here to help you rediscover your own wisdom, and to provide guidance, encouragement, and accountability. When we meet, you’ll find a safe, soft, confidential space where you can let down your guard and focus fully on your well-being.

I believe in whole-person wellness, seasonal living, and deeply personalized support. I don’t offer a program to fit you into. We walk together through a system rooted in health and well-being foundations, guided by your own inner wisdom, as you find your way back to thriving.

Here in Ohio, I live a beautifully full life with my husband on our small farm where we raise grass-fed beef, garden, and spend lots of time with family. I’m close with our grown kids and love being a grandma. There’s usually someone stopping by, a meal being shared, or a moment to savor. I spend my days coaching from the heart, tending the farm, empty nesting with my husband, and staying deeply engaged with family, friends, and the meaningful rhythms of everyday life.

If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels and start living a life that feels aligned, nourished, and free—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
